2. Permitted & Authorized Use
GrabX is provided solely as a personal media conversion tool. Users agree to download and convert only content they own, content in the public domain, or content for which they have received express permission from the copyright holder.
3. Pro Membership & Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed via decentralized crypto payments (Plisio Gateway). All sales for digital services are final upon confirmation on the blockchain. Pro benefits (ad-free experience, 0s preparation wait times, high speed) are provided for the duration specified in the chosen package.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not attempt to bypass rate limits through automated bots, reverse engineer the platform, or use GrabX for illegal distribution of commercial copyright-protected material.
5. Limitation of Liability
GrabX operates as a technological service provider and does not host copyrighted media on permanent storage. We are not responsible for how end users utilize downloaded media.
