1. Zero-Log Download Policy
We believe in digital privacy. GrabX does not store, log, or inspect the media content you convert or stream through our temporary processing pipelines. Converted files are automatically deleted after download completion or expiry.
2. Information We Collect
For registered accounts, we store only your email address and password hash (encrypted via Bcrypt). For crypto payments, transactions are processed anonymously on-chain with zero KYC requirements.
3. Cookies & Advertising
Free users may encounter non-intrusive banner advertisements from third-party networks (e.g. Adsterra). Pro users receive a completely ad-free, tracker-free experience.
4. Data Retention
Temporary media cache is purged automatically every 60 minutes via background cleanup cron routines. No permanent archives are maintained.
